Tern Feature Requests

Pull in the full itinerary (land and cruise) for itineraries that include both components (referred to as Cruise Tours)

Having a map view available both on the app and online, similar to your AI product for tourists, would elevate my Day-by-Day itineraries immensely.

With the need for us to have more efficient, and effective, automation emails, I would like to have a few other variables that we can use to create our best templates possible. I would like to see if a variable can be created for each of the following items: Client preferred name Client last name Agency name Group name Trip start date Trip end date Trip type (cruise, independent, etc.) Trip destination Trip/booking confirmation number Final payment date Property/ship name Supplier name This information is most handy for emails like the booking confirmation, and any other emails that require us to enter large amounts of information that pertains to a booking/reservation. These would simplify this process and cover the most important pieces of information that we share with our clients.

Many times, I am using an email template, and need to modify aspects of it. Often, I need to be able to save it and come back to it, after I check something. But there is not a way to do that. This requires that I start all over again. It would be so nice to be able to save an email as a draft to be sent later. This is different than an in addition to the ability to schedule an email. Thank you!

Rather than listing each day as Day 1, Day 2, etc., I would like to have the option to give each day a unique name. This is currently a feature that Travefy offers. Examples: Day 1 "Welcome Aboard!" for a cruise, "Wedding Day" for a destination wedding.

Allow automating task creation based on dates. For example, "Every day on the first of the month create this task" or "Every 12 months remind me about my business registration"

I often need to see what my clients see and make edits to trips on the go. It would be very helpful to have a travel advisor side to the app so I can edit trips directly from my phone.

It would be helpful to be able to export the data from a form into a spreadsheet. For example, I have a business client that I'm booking a number of individual trips for and I'd love to be able to have a document that's easily sharable to update the client on which individuals have filled out the form and their responses.

When adding documents to an itinerary, it would be such a time saver to be able to choose multiple documents from a file and add all at once. I dump all my client docs in a file for them. It would be so nice to be able to grab all the ones I need to add to the documents tab at one time, instead of having to go back each time.

I'd like to be able to chat with clients via the Tern Mobile App on different trips. This would allow me to keep chats easily stored on a trip and refer back to them versus currently where I am bouncing between Email, Text, FaceBook, WhatsApp, etc.
