When I click the Mark as Paid option, I'd like to be able to trigger an automation to a client letting them know that the payment has been made from an email template in my library.

Options for PDF itinerary
It would be great to be able to have options for what shows up on the pdf itinerary, much like Travefy. We print a hard copy for each client and I would like to take out multiple pictures and have formatting options.

One of the biggest features I need is a client portal so they can view current projects and communicate with me through the portal.

Email functions
I would like the ability to delete or archive multiple emails at a time. I would also like email to move to the next email when archived/deleted. I would also like the email to just open not open a reply window, with so many vendor emails, we don’t send replies to them.

Hotel template separate from “activities template”
I think there needs to be a designation made between an activity template and a hotel template. I also understand they are categorized differently on the template list, but they really shouldn’t be in the library together and there should be a separate button under the library items on the right side of the itinerary building feature.

A way to automate new leads in Tern from emails, facebook, website
I am receiving 40-50 new leads every month and I need a place to track and manage them. is there any way to integrate my email, website, fb page etc to create new leads when i receive a message?
