Tern Feature Requests

When selecting the option to have hotel entries displayed as two items (check in and check out), the check out block displays the check in time instead of the check out time. If you try to change it just on the check out block, it automatically changes the time on the check in block too. The system should automatically read the check out time entered on the initial block and use that time instead of using the check in time on the check out block. I can see this confusing clients.

Would like to see a calendar view of all upcoming trips!

Maybe a way to make it auto-populate on the second page if they're filling it out for themselves? Right now they have to provide their first name, last name, and email under the "introduce yourself" part and then type it again on the next page for a client profile update.

The Passport form element doesn't ask for Date of Birth (DOB)? And I therefore have to ask for their "Birthday" separately. This defeats the purpose of parsing the clients passport image because they have to manually input their DOB. I also require their Date of Birth to book flights, and to securely provide a copy of their passport details in the form submission PDF to my flight desk.

I would love to be able to download a CSV of my clients with address and birthdates.

I need the ability to add travelers in contact forms, similar to the Trip Request form. This would allow clients to enter travel information for additional travelers, making the forms more functional and reducing the need for duplicate entries.

Currently there is no way to filter contacts on Tags which make them less useful. Tags should be a drop-down selection from a User Defined table so that they are consistent and relevant.

Anility to hide the total price from being the first thing a user sees on the main itinerary page / header. We want to lead with the experience and not the price. This will increase close rate and reduce friction caused by sticker shock. I’ve heard it’s even worse when the price adds up the price of options. Thank you!

Sometimes activities don't have specific times. When I leave the time field empty, it defaults to 12:00 UTC, which confuses clients. I've already had three clients ask about this.

I'd love the ability to enter the flight info once (for example, IAH-LHR 8/2/25 returning 8/11/25, price $1200), then have Tern automatically create the return flight for me on 8/11/25. As it stands now, I have to create the outbound flight and enter the full price, then create a separate return flight with a $0 cost. Would be great to only enter this once!
