Tern Feature Requests

When sending emails, pull from the preferred name field if available. If not, use legal first name.

There are sometimes where trip aspects are booked by the traveler (flights, Uber, etc.). It would be great to be able to mark it as booked but be able to also mark it as zero commission. Currently I have to put in $0 with a random date.

The Passport form element doesn't ask for Date of Birth (DOB)? And I therefore have to ask for their "Birthday" separately. This defeats the purpose of parsing the clients passport image because they have to manually input their DOB. I also require their Date of Birth to book flights, and to securely provide a copy of their passport details in the form submission PDF to my flight desk.

Quote insurance policies and allow clients to purchase, all without leaving Tern.

Would love the option of Comfort Plus in addition to economy, business etc.

Under the "trips" tab, it would be great if "searching" could include the client name, not just the trip name. For example, I might name the trip 'The Johnson Family's Summer Vacation", but if the primary client's first name is Mary, it'd be nice to be able to type in "mary" and have it come up in the results.

I would like to be able to search for contacts by phone number. The fastest way to have a client's info in front of me is to punch in their number from caller ID. Or I can see who's call I missed if they don't leave a message. Thank you!

I'd like the ability to search anywhere in Tern for activities associated to clients, confirmation numbers, client trip names, suppliers in a trip, etc. When I click on that type of activity, client, trip, i'd like it to take me to that specific spot. It would be great if the search was broken down into the different activity types, trips, client names, etc to make it easy to know what I am clicking on.

I would love to hide itineraries that were quoted but the client no longer wants. this way, if they decide they do want to review it again, we can reactivate it to make a more seamless and clean appearance.
