The term skip item does not give proper context on an invoice. Clients are confused that it means to remove the item vs not authorize. Could we make this more specific by renaming it to "Authorize Later"?

On the group overview page, I'd love to see three summary numbers at the top: total active travelers on the group, total amount clients are paying (the sum of all active subtrips), and total expected commission across those subtrips. Right now I have to click into each subtrip and add it up manually. A summary view would save a lot of time, especially running 10+ tours a year as a solo operator.

When I upload a cruise line PDF confirmation to AI assist, it would be very helpful to have a dedicated field for the cabin number. This would make it easier to organize and view cabin details without having to manually add them to the description or title.

Would be great if there was an option to update or populate the address field on a contact when a customer submits a credit card authorization.

On the bookings not yet marked booked report, it needs to have a filter to exclude the ones that are archived or cancelled.

Allow automatically updating statuses based on the trip dates (e.g. move to traveled when the dates have passed).

It would be great if there was an option to add a billing address and a mailing address to the client's payment authorization - and then have the mailing address save to the client's profile/contact. I am spending a lot of time copying that information.

When I want to email mom and dad on a trip, but they have 5 kids, its really annoying to hit "send", then have to go back and delete the kids off the email, to then send again. I need the system to know to just send to those that have email addresses.

I want to easily view all client birthdays for a specific month to send personalized cards. A dedicated report that aggregates client birthdays by month would streamline this process and enhance client engagement.

In TJ, I could run reports to see if payments were due during a certain date range. Or if an authorization was sent, and not processed by me yet? - Is there a way to see if items have not been marked as BOOKED yet?
