I’m glad this is under review. Having to create emails for these transactional tasks are time consuming to set up. If that’s Tern’s direction, that’s okay as long as we have an adequate option of triggers to create necessary and beneficial automations. I honestly didn’t expect to need to create my own custom email for payment receipts/confirmations.

RIght now an email is only sent to agents when the commission is paid through the Ready to Pay tab. I would like to see the ability to send an email anytime a commission is marked as paid, for example, when it's marked as paid in the trip itself. It would also be helpful to be able to select the commissions you want to pay from the Ready to Pay tab instead of just a Pay All button and have the agents be notified via email.

I would love to have the Log Payment button as a trigger in automations. This way I can set it up to automatically send an email that their payment has been processed.

Since we often process more than 1 item in a session, it would be fantastic to have the "Paid" status not only trigger the option for an email, but maybe choose to add to a list (I'm envisioning a shopping "add to cart" format).
Workflow:
Mark an item as Paid > choose to send the "You're all paid" email immediately, or add as an item, and continue to process more items > When the email is ready, review the items (invoice format could be used), untick any that may not need to be included in the email > Send email

Add "paid in full" as a trigger. I like to send an email to my clients that their trip is officially paid in full. Would love to add it to my automated workflow

You can do this if you do a workflow when status changes. I have one set up and email goes out when i mark them paid in full

I need a way to automate tasks or send emails specifically when I manually mark a payment as paid. Currently, there are triggers for 'Client Authorizes Payment' and 'Payment Due Date,' but not for 'mark as paid.' It would be beneficial to have this trigger to streamline my workflow and ensure timely communication with clients.
