Tern Feature Requests

I would like to see the ability to send the clients their contact info for them to verify & then have it show up in our dashboard that all info (names, address, etc) have been verified.

I need a dashboard where I can view sales by month in a bar graph format, with a year over year comparison. I also need the same to show projected income and actual income. You can view these items now if you select it manually by month and repeat it for each month - but it doesn’t give you the big picture view that I’m looking for, and that’s a lot of work - I just want a big picture visual. Happy to send screenshots from my dashboard in a “he who must not be named” competitor - one of the few things they do well… I am about to be finished with all my transactions with them and having the functionality in Tern would be a game changer!

It would be nice if Tern auto-populated the mapped fields in forms. The system I just left did this and it cuts the duplicate headache out. One of the issues I have experienced is the guest put "Jr" in with his last name since the suffix field wasn't showing. He put his first name in correctly. But because last name didn't match yet first and email did, it creates a duplicate. I have instructions on my form but that doesn't mean people read it. Just has to be a more efficient way to do this because they don't know how we have their names set up in the system. That's why the mapped fields should auto-populate, especially if they already have an active account with Tern.

The current system only allows searching for trips by their name, which limits the ability to quickly find specific trips. Adding a feature to search trips by confirmation number would greatly enhance usability and efficiency, allowing users to locate trips more easily.

It would be great to see the status of the trip (Published vs Unpublished) at the top of the trip screen. Also, if the trip is Published, it would be wonderful to see the Date and Timestamp as well.

I would love to see a Photo Library option for us to save photos to that we could create folders for etc like we have for activities.

Can we add an address box to the info section

Please create a way for us to access clients trips in mobile view so we do not have to duplicate the trip or add ourselves to the trip.

Adjusting individually is taxing.

We need a way to better track payments that clients make toward their reservation in Tern. Payments should reflect the last four of the card used to process the payment plus the name associated with the card. Examples of why this is very needed and necessary so that we do not have to use spreadsheets to track client's payments are as follows: If we have a cruise group of hundreds of payments, it's imperative to know what card to have the cruise line refund a client if cancellation is refundable. If a client needs to file for a travel insurance claim, their client confirmation from Tern should reflect the last four and name of the card to prove their payment to the travel insurance company. We must have a record of the last four digits of the card and name of card for each payment. This is basic record keeping for a client's reservation.
