I love the newly added Trip Countdown feature! One small change I’d love to see is the addition of the Oxford comma in the automatically generated traveler names displayed with the countdown.

Currently, when a trip has three or more travelers, the default text displays:

“Planned for Zoa, Brian & Logan”

I’d love for the default to display:

“Planned for Zoa, Brian, & Logan”

Tern does allow us to customize this text, but without the Oxford comma in the default formatting, I’ll need to manually type the traveler names into this field every time I create a trip with three or more travelers just to add the missing comma.

One of the things I love about this new feature is that Tern automatically populates the traveler names for us, so I’d much rather be able to leave that default in place instead of manually recreating it for each trip.

For example:

Current: Red, white & blue

Requested: Red, white, & blue

Adding the Oxford comma to the default formatting would allow the automatically generated traveler list to remain truly automatic while still giving advisors the option to customize the wording when they want to.
