Allow primary traveler to be in the "to" field of an email automation with primary travelers in the cc field.

With all of the updates to automation that were announced at the Tern conference, I noticed an ongoing issue that will still create problems. I like to personalize my emails with the {client name} auto-fill, and when I have two travelers (in the example of a husband and wife), this will prevent the email from sending. Can you create a way to make the primary traveler be in the "to" field and the full access traveler be in the "cc" field so they will see that they both received the email? If I send it to them separately, I always have one ask me why I didn't send the other the email when I did.

To add to this suggestion. Would it be possible to have a field on the trip that could be pulled into the automated emails where we could enter what we wanted it to say? For example, I may have a trip with parents, as well as their kids. Instead of just saying Hi Bill and Jane, I like to say Hi Bill, Jane, and family. Maybe it could also work that if I don't have anything in that field, that the email defaults back to the contact preferred name. Not a huge deal for us, but it would be nice.
