Tern Agency

We need to see who is traveling and when and when they are upcoming to travel date.

Currently you have to go to reports to see what new bookings were made. I’d like to be able to have a setting where i get notified via email or something to let me know a new bookings has been made and maybe have the name of the trip in it.

Would like the ability to add tags that trigger workflows for contacts that have been shared with me by my agents. This would eliminate the need for workflows I have set up in 3rd party email systems and consolidate all workflows in one system.

Access to report builder features

The collaborator access is super restrictive. If it's truly for VA access, I need them to have access to the same view as mine (the way my dashboard is set up), access to modify and organize library items (all activities, workflows, tasks, etc.) and contacts.

I'd love to see a place for us to enter our BDM or contact information into the agency supplier list.

I'd love to see the ability to send a note to the entire agency, such as an "information bar" at the top of Tern when they login. This would mention any more critical changes, process changes, etc. We have internal communication tools; however, not everyone checks in regularly or reads it all, etc. but everyone is using Tern and would see it.

When managing ICs the agency terms & conditions should be set at the agency level so it's automatically setup for all other accounts in an agency (i.e. admins and ICs). Currently each IC has must paste this into their own settings which can then be changed from what the agency has set and could cause legal problems for the agency if it's changed without their knowledge.
