Tern Agency

When managing ICs the agency terms & conditions should be set at the agency level so it's automatically setup for all other accounts in an agency (i.e. admins and ICs). Currently each IC has must paste this into their own settings which can then be changed from what the agency has set and could cause legal problems for the agency if it's changed without their knowledge.

The logo, agency name, cover photo, etc should carry over from host account when inviting an advisor. They can edit them, but this would save time for the new agent to set up their account.

This will allow us to track any payroll fees/ check fees from suppliers.

I need the ability to see commissions that should be coming in each month, as well as those commissions that are past due. A way to export this on a spreadsheet would also be extremely helpful

Please add date selections to this report. I do monthly KPI reporting, however, I'm not always able (or remember) to pull the report on the very last day of every month. I often need to go back one or more months to collect the KPI data. This is also true for years when trying to compare KPIs across years.

I would LOVE to have the ability to create a commission report for the Agency broken down on one single report by agent and with each paying out booking listed with a total agent commission tabulation and an agency commission tabulation.

We have many of our travelers who love the Tern mobile app and show it off while traveling, we want our logo right up top so they know who put this together for them and we can get lead gen. from that.

I am newer to Tern and we sell one destination and customize every Activity and save it in our library. I would LOVE to see the ability for any team member to update the activity and it then to automatically be shared to everyone. Currently if I build it and they update it - I don't see the update. So they have to share it with me and then I can edit and share it back. We would like one Master folder that is accessible to all and shared by all where as an owner I could set who is allowed to edit vs just view. But edits would automatically been seen by everyone.

It might be an interesting feature if the agency owner can either assign the trip to someone or put it in a trip pool and the agents are alerted to a new client request that they can review and select and maybe have the agency owner able to set limits on how many new request agents are allowed to accept.
