Be taken to scheduler AFTER inquiry submissions

Clients having to go back to the form after scheduling a call is creating many incomplete forms. What makes most sense is that the scheduler opens as step 2
after
a client submits. This way, client fills in all info, trip always gets created, client is invited to schedule a call on the next screen - but agents at least have a trip on their screen to follow up with even if client skips step 2.Megan Ryan
