Ability to manage an agency level Terms & Conditions

When managing ICs the agency terms & conditions should be set at the agency level so it's automatically setup for all other accounts in an agency (i.e. admins and ICs). Currently each IC has must paste this into their own settings which can then be changed from what the agency has set and could cause legal problems for the agency if it's changed without their knowledge.

Would it be better for individuals associated with an agency to have the T&C of the agency they book under automatically added (as said above), but then have the option to add their own, for example if they charge fees that differ from the agency level, or have their own LLC to cover themselves? clients check 2 boxes and everyone is happy? Also for those who have more than one agency, maybe we associate a trip with an agency from the start so the correct T&C line up for the authorizations and forms?
