It seems that you can choose suppliers that anyone using Tern has entered - this has made it a nightmare for reporting purposes. There are roughly 6+ ways to choose Walt Disney World as the supplier (for example) and that is hurting reporting for how much of each destination we are selling!

It would be nice to have my other agents be able to share contacts with me. Or for me to share with them.

We need the ability to make commission adjustments, such as recalling previously credited commissions, accounting for trip gifts or charges, and deducting outstanding payments by independent contractors such as for phone or software usage. These features would greatly improve our financial accuracy and streamline commission management.
