Instead of having a "contacts" and a "shared contact" list, it would be much easier to have them all together and be able to type a client's name into 1 search field so it pulls up regardless of whether it's a shared or personal contact. Too many clicks to get where you need to go.

Molly Johnson Is there a way to allow the agent to at default share all their contacts with the agency instead of select each individual contact? Why? Because at time we're making updates on behalf of the agent.

info@icantwaittotravel .com all newly created contacts are automatically shared, and there is an option to share historical contacts 'in bulk'! The help center articles how both of these work. We didn't default to auto-sharing all historical contacts for cases like agents who have existing contacts they own before joining, but do default share for new ones.
