Travel advisor mobile app

Just came to agree that we need an agent app. Our role requires alot of travel and I find myself often editing itineraries in airports or foreign countries on my phone because I can't get my laptop or tablet out. For example I was in Mexico checking out a property and I had a client request a minor itinerary adjustment that should take 5 minutes to do. Instead it had to wait until I got back to my room several hours later when all I wanted to do was go to bed. Please please please add an agent app.

I’m never at my desk, this weekend I needed to do 3 cruise on my phone while at a Travel Expo, and I had to use Travfy because the client wanted the quotes ASAP (my subscription is still active for a month) to do so. I use my itinerary builder as my quoting tool so I need to be able to quickly and effectively be able use my phone

TAs will also need to be able to modify client trip plans from the app, please. We don't always have our tablets or computers handy. It is currently pretty clunky to try to make modifications or look at a client itinerary from a small phone screen through the web application.
Thank you!

I believe we also should be able to see our stuff such as tasks in an app for us. The website is great, but there’s nothing like a quick handy app on the go to manage communications, tasks, and more!

The making edits while clients travel is a great point to add to this discussion. I also want to share a feature that was so beneficial when I used Travefy. I could see on my computer how many times a client, as well as I, viewed the itinerary. There are a plethora of advantages to this. The first is that I can clearly see that they are using and appreciating it. Next, I can see if they are in there so much before the trip, that they may need me to reach out and ask if they have any questions. Also, I have found an issue where an elderly gentleman shared with his daughters to check that his wife would like it. When I saw the grand amount of activity from them, I knew something was up. I called too late - they took all of the information from the three options I offered and purchased the cruise themselves. But I had he insight to see what was going on, and while I missed a beat, it was a determining factor - icing on the cake- with my decision to charge up-front fees for my service. There are numerous other advantages. And I truly think we should see the traveler's view without using an additional email. I do think the difference may lie in that theirs did not allow use of the mobile app to work on the itinerary. However, I could access my Travefy account on my phone with the browser. Thank you again for consideration of these advantages.

This is driving me insane! Signing up for the app as me, it now puts me into the travel advisor role again. I had to use another email of mine, and if my clients see that, they will be questioning. It is VERY important to be able to view the itinerary or proposal from my client's perspective before sending it. The preview is not quite the same.

I'm also finding this to be a great way to view from the travelers perspective for a last look before I call it done. There is an enormous difference viewing it on my phone as a a traveler when compared to working on it and previewing it on my computer.

Unlikely Chipmunk agree! I add myself to the app as a traveler, but don't love that clients see me as a traveler, this should be an easy feature change... I hope it is made :)
