Clean up "Cancellation Policies".

Cancellation Policies are very Important. They need to be MUCH easier to read, not all jumbled up without line breaks and paragraphs. I would like to see them show up the way I enter them.

Hey there! Good news - we've JUST added a richtext editor to our Cancellation polices! So now when copying and pasting from other sites, the formatting should carry over as well! Really appreciate the feedback on this, thank you for being such a collaborative user! :)

David Tilley this is great. Is there any thought to having the refundability categories be optional? These categories can otherwise be misleading (see my other comment below)

I don’t love that we have to categorize as Fully Refundable, Partially Refundable, or Non-Refundable. Some are fully refundable up to a certain date, but that’s misleading to the client if all they see is Fully Refundable. At least make choosing this optional so those of us that don’t feel these categories reflect the nuance of a policy can opt out of using them.

Also cancelations change for each booking typically so having it save and populate automatically is confusing and can miss updating. Have past saved options available but not auto entered

A colleague told me he puts the cancel policies in ChatGPT and has it rewrite it in a non-tabular, easy to read format. I have been doing that and it works great! Maybe this is a place where Tern could build the AI right into that box.

Agreed they also need to be clearly visible when the client clicks on an activity at any point in time during the process and while traveling

Agreed it should be upgraded to the new editor actually in full. This would be nice as some of the cancellation penalties are really confusing when they jumbled. Molly Johnson small improvement for Brad but would be awesome.

I am new and was very suprised that I could not do this. Every vendor has a cancaletion penalty chart, but we can't even enter a line break. They added "Rich Text" to every other text block.
