Right now you can upload a document for supplier terms and conditions but not cancellation policies. Some suppliers, particularly cruise lines and tour operators, have very lengthy cancel policies and it takes a lot of time to copy those from the booking documents, format them in a way that makes sense, and then save them. The policies can also have specific dates based on that cruise or tour, so reusing them again for future client bookings is not possible. It would also be better from a liability standpoint to use the supplier's own documents instead of copying and pasting ourselves.
