I'm commenting again because I really want this. I don't understand why we don't have this yet. Love you all tho!

Domain Masking

I’ve switched to Tern from Travefy. One of the features I miss is the ability to mask the Travefy (now Tern) domain with my own so the IP address of the itinerary appears to be a page on my website.

This combined with a client portal would be a total game-changer and a major release for tern!

Adding to this. We are currently looking for a software for our Travel Agency and this is a mandatory feature. It would be great to have this!

Adding to this as well - having typically older clientele they are very confused why I'm sending some things from my brand email/website and some from this "tern thing"... no clue if or how it's possible but having the app masked too somehow. They really don't understand why "I'm not using my own software" lol But I'll def start with just links being masked

I subscribed today after watching the webinar. I was leaning towards Tern anyway. I am willing to sacrifice some branding. I almost cried lol. Please, pretty please add domain forwarding/masking for us! It will help with keeping our brands consistent when clients are looking at URLs.

Yes Yes Yes Please! I want to be able to have it as a subdomain. Like trips.website.com please 🙏
Along with this I wish we didn’t have such random url all over the place. None of the links are simple/easy.
For instance: Why is the terms of service url like this - app.tern.travel/public/terms_of_service/Qc-MdI7J3LKq9jmE0ai3Hg
I feel like it should be more straightforward.
For unmapped domains it should be - app.tern.travel/custom-business-name/terms-of-service
For mapped domains it could be - trips.website.com/terms-of-service
For client/trip/group stuff - trips.website.com/clients/… or something.

commenting again because I really really want this!
Also, for landing pages it could be - trips.website.com/landingpageurl
I would just really like to get rid of so many recreations of URLs for every re-publish. I really wish it trip and landing page had a dedicated URL even if it was a randomized 5 digits after the mapped domain

Preferably, allow us to set the landing page URL to what we want. Default being the landing page name. We really need this.
Side Note: Also, the most recommended way is to use hyphens(-) instead of underscores(_) to separate words. Google recommends this as well: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/url-structure

I wanted to add also that we need to have the ability to set the subdomain to be whatever we want it to be: my., trips., app., etc.

Domain masking is needed for several reasons, not only does it allow us to have consistent branding, but it also means client's don't need to add more than one domain to their email allow list.

I am not a Tern customer but would be if this feature existed. I'm not sure how many others are like me!

This would be incredibly helpful and add that extra layer of professionalism.
