I'd like to be able to trigger an email from a trip cancellation, not just trip creation dates. For instance, if a trip is cancelled or didn't happen, I'd like to trigger an email like 90 days out that can reach back out to the client about their next possible trip.

I'd like to have a way to remove tasks from a trip when it moves to a Canceled status, whether it is an automation or a workflow adjustment that can be created. Canceled trips have made a mess of my task list and it is incredibly time consuming to delete them individually.

Yes and any itinerary updates (if a cruise) should stop.

It should also inactivate any tasks on that trip. Along with this, an ability to check a box so that all of the sales and commission figures are zeroed out. I'm not sure that's what others would want, but there needs to be a way to report on sales that don't include cancellations, as well as a way to not have that commission remain on your open commission reports.

In addition to this, allow us to add reasons we are archiving the trip such as "Completed", "Outside Budget", "Cancelled", etc..
Also, if a workflow/automation is marked inactive, remove the "Next Trigger Date" from appearing.
