And while we are at it make it where we can give sub-categories to the system statuses. We all like to bucket our information in certain ways that work for us, and unless we can sub them out, the information isn't read by the system if it isn't in the system defined category.

Remove Automation based on status

We should have a way to remove all automations/tasks when we move a trip to a cancelled status. I still get flight reminders for cancelled trips and e-mails still get sent if I don't remember to remove the automation.

Yes and all tasks tied to it should be archived as well!

Toggle to deactivate automations on a trip and not have to manually deactivate each

Manually deactivating automations on archived trips is time consuming - would love a toggle or "deactivate all"

Molly Johnson thank you thank you thank you! I actually am one of the few that never activated automations because i have so many changes and sadly quite a few of the new clients coming to me via google who disappear. I can’t imagine me having the time to manually delete all automations from every single one of those one by one when it’s cancelled or they don’t move forward. A pause would be nice too. Thanks!

I'd love to see the tasks paused as well!

Add Unpublish Trip Action to Workflows / Automations

Once trips are moved to a status such as canceled, archived, traveled, then automatically unpublish the trip (or give us the option to do that).

When a trip is deleted, the tasks and automations should delete too

If a trip is deleted, the tasks related to it should also delete with it.

This! I just had an automated email check in with a client to see how the trip is going despite the trip having been cancelled. Embarrassing to say the least.
