It would be great to be able to tell the AI to not "get creative" with the information it's given. It comes up with descriptions for tours and dining, that I then have to fact-check. Often, I only want it to parse the bare minimum that it's given.

We have done this for activity parsing (but let us know if you run into any issues!) And work is in flight to do the same for itinerary parsing, when trying to import content.
