We need the ability to do a true CC for emails sent from Tern. There are many times that a couple will be planning a trip together and having the system send two separate emails does not help make sure everyone is seeing all the information when they're replying to just one person.

I would appreciate a feature that allows me to easily CC my assistants on emails sent from Tern. This is a significant workflow issue for us, as we need to keep everyone in the loop without making clients think my assistants are travelers. It would be great if this feature could be expedited.

When in the main group, we can send everyone an email from there, but it shows everyone's emails to each other. Having this as a blind CC will allow for quicker updates when something important happens for a group and we need to send everyone a message about this.

I would love the cc option. Like you said, if I'm working with another agent, I need them to be kept in the loop.

This is very important. I can no longer use Tern email for my groups. And I like the history within my group! My clients complain about privacy. They don't want their email sent out to a bunch of strangers. And of course, we all have some "know it alls" who then like to take over and send suggestions and comments to the entire email list. And it so impersonal. I like my clients to feel like I'm addressing them. How hard can this be to add?

Additionally, we need BCC! I don't like, and I think its a violation of privacy, to put each traveler in the "to" box. We should be able to send emails to one email address (like ours) and bcc each client! Once everyone sees all the email addresses, I've had issues and complaints that people's privacy has been compromised! Not to mention the "busy body" clients who want to add their own thing to an itinerary and sends it everyone on the list! I can't believe with how "liability" conscious Tern is that you don't feel this is an issue.
