We need the ability to do a true CC for emails sent from Tern. There are many times that a couple will be planning a trip together and having the system send two separate emails does not help make sure everyone is seeing all the information when they're replying to just one person.

my practice is to BCC all emails sent to clients and place them in a client folder for reference in my regular email so I can just look in their folder for reference to make it easier to find

Ken Ducusin Unless I am missing something - how do you BCC when sending from Tern? Or you don't send your emails from Tern and do them separately. If I try to add my email it won't let me as I am not a traveller.

It would also be helpful to be able to save a draft of an email. When I attach a template, sometimes I need to go to another screen to get some content.

I would like the ability to have a BCC option for emails in Tern. I like to BCC pertinent trip information to myself so that it is in my Gmail until processed. At this point in time, I am emailing in Tern but then have to go to my sent folder in my Gmail and share the email to my inbox.

The fact we can't do this make us look extremely sloppy to the customer. I deal only in family travel and nearly every itinerary I need to send to both spouses. or the parents+grandparents. Having separate emails makes for a lot of confusion and extra work. I send most of my emails outside of the system because of this, of course that means now, I don't have them attached to the trip.

Most of our guests are couples, households, or close friends and it doesn't make any sense to email them individually. Now I have to reply to the same questions multiple times, and everybody isn't on the same page. We need the option to email "Send Together" along with "Send Individually" and really that should be the default. Until this is added, I won't be sending emails from within Tern.

Yes! When we send an email to a group, it should stay grouped. Having the REPLY's separated is a mess in my inbox.

My clients are continually forwarding the emails to other people on the trip as they think not everyone is getting them.

One workaround I have done when publishing the trip is to copy the itin link and send the email from the trip itself. That allows you to search for all travelers on the trip. Based on my test, Tern keeps the people who are related on the thread.

I need to be able to set specific trips (one-off emails as well as automated) to automatically send to two people on the trip. Often I'll have a couple who wants to have both people CC'd on every email.
