There needs to be a better way to select permissions for each traveler. Travelers need to see documents (tickets, QR Codes, confirmations) but not the pricing field. If I select Full Access clients can see everything. If I select Limited Access, clients can still see pricing, but not the necessary documents. There is no way to remove pricing from view. I had clients traveling under limited access that didn't have the ability to view tickets to tours.
There needs to be a more detailed way for advisors to choose which components travelers can see and it needs to be clear in the permissions module so we know what clients might not have access to while traveling.

I agree, if we can see a list of all access items fr each Person, let us choose what they have access to view or change. The three categories we currently have, can stay as defaults.

This likely would be query redesign but have a more robust option system from traveler see document to not seeing them. Similar to have checks in the admin of a shared CRM what the permission are for each user.
So rather than only 3 access options check box for the queries allowed for that traveler. This would allow for specific access. For example emails for everyone in group but the 10yr old would be unchecked confirmation, document and finance access. While the older kids may have emails check but not billing or access changes while still seeing tickets onfo.
This could allow for multiple people to make payments. Without switch of access.
