Supplier list set by agency

Having everyone able to add suppliers is creating a messy supplier list in reports. Ex - we have Walt Disney Travel Company, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Walt Disney World etc showing for our Disney bookings. I would like to set the supplier list from the agency end and not have the option for agents to add additional suppliers.

There are multiple instances of this. For example, “Travel Insured” vs “Travel Insured International” vs “Travel Insured International, Inc.” The hotel brands are the same with multiple iterations of Hilton, Marriott, etc. It would be great to have a way to clean up the suppliers pick list or let us edit/set them, or at least indicate a “favorite” so we internally associating our sales under the same entity

Those are each distinct suppliers as when booking Disney Paris you have to go through them separately. I would like to be sure supplier info iand templates do not save duplicates
