When working inside a task or drafting an email within a trip, there is no visible reference to key trip details. This creates friction — users must open a separate tab or session to look up basic information, risking loss of work in progress.

Requested improvements:

Display the trip name prominently at the top of the page when inside a task or email draft

Show trip dates in the same context bar so they're accessible without navigating away

Show the traveler names (with correct spelling) while composing emails, eliminating the need to open a second session
