Show Recently Added Section to Trip Itinerary when Client Reloads Itinerary & Option to have client approve something after initial approval

I'd like a section on the itinerary or a notification section for clients to see recent updates since the last time they opened the itinerary. This way they are not surprised by anything on the itinerary. Once the client has approved the itinerary, this would allow them to see any recent changes and allow them to ask questions/ request updates if they don't like something. Additionally, if there was a way to force the client to approve something new added, this way we have record of this in case they claim they didn't request something, this would also be helpful

Approval as items gets added is a great addition! When booking FIT's or even cruises, items are often presented after the initial approval (excursions, transfers, flights, etc). The only record of clients decisions after initial approval currently would be payment, but clients not choosing something offered is also important to record. Thanks!
