Show date the Guarantee will pay

On the client-facing itinerary it shows the date that the guarantee was placed, but not the date that the actual payment will be paid (at check in for my clients). It does say guarantee but outside of the industry may not realize that it is not paid. So it would be far more accurate, instead of showing the day that the payment is due and not when it was booked/guaranteed.

And sometimes payments will be made a few days ahead of the client's arrival. It would be great if we could specify the date (with the default being at check in)

As of now, when you use the "guarantee" option, it says "$X paid on arrival at property." That is not always true, particularly for all-inclusive resorts. Many times they will keep the client's card information and auto-charge it a month or so before the stay. We need a way to make that more clear to the client so they are not getting conflicting information.
(As of now I am pointing out this flaw in my emails and scheduling a reminder email to go out before the auto-charge, but I hate that they have to see incorrect information.)

Feature: Payment Options — Guarantee Selection
Issue:
When the "Guarantee" payment option is selected for a hotel block and the itinerary is published, the client-facing view automatically displays the text "Paid on Arrival at Property." This language is hardcoded and cannot be edited.
This is inaccurate for many guarantee situations. A credit card guarantee does not always mean the guest pays at check-in. In my current active itinerary, I have two hotel rooms requiring a credit card guarantee — but the card will be charged 30 days prior to arrival, not at the property. The auto-populated text is misleading my client about when their card will be charged.
Requested Enhancement:
Please make the payment description field editable when the Guarantee option is selected, so advisors can input the accurate payment timing for each specific booking. A simple open text field — or a dropdown with options such as "Paid at Check-In," "Charged 30 Days Prior to Arrival," "Charged at Time of Booking," and "Other (specify)" — would resolve this completely.
Guarantee policies vary significantly by property and rate type, and advisors need to be able to communicate the correct terms to clients in the itinerary itself.
Impact:
As currently designed, this creates confusion and erodes client trust when the itinerary says one thing and their credit card statement reflects something different.

I agree. I have a lot of cc guarantees with my clients and I've ha multiple remarks about this being confusing.
