Our agency does a great job sharing activities, but the shared library has become cluttered. Agents often create duplicate folders, like multiple “Universal Tips,” and some activities aren’t filed in any folder, which makes it hard to stay organized. It would be helpful if, when adding an activity to the shared library, agents could also place it into an existing shared folder that has been created by another agent. This would let us keep things organized without putting the responsibility solely on the agency owner.
