Advisors need the ability to cap how many travelers can be assigned to a specific room option (e.g. max 2 per room). There is currently no way to enforce this.

The only partial workaround — leaving triple/quadruple occupancy rates blank — only works for advisors using per-room pricing. Advisors on package-level pricing have no workaround available at all.

Requested behaviour: A simple "max travelers" field on each room option, compatible with all pricing structures.

Impact: Advisors cannot enforce room capacity rules for group trips, leading to customer confusion and support escalations.
