I'd love to be able to see every time a client views their itinerary. No notifications needed, but just being able to see the activity under trip activity would be great. This helps me to know that they actually saw the proposal and lets me judge how interested they actually are in the trip so that I know how to market and/or reach out to them.

I'm not sure notifications are needed, but instead of tracking when e-mails are opened, it might make more sense to track when someone views the itinerary. Right now, I don't feel like open and click are very accurate.

For group trips under Activity, please note when a client looks at the itinerary. Right now it just has any changes we made but we would like to know if it actually gets looked at for groups.

In our old system when a quote was sent you can look back on it and see if it had been opened or viewed. Is there a way we can get this feature added. Right now, I am not sure that my leads know what they are looking at or if they are even opening my messages.

It would be great to be able to see when someone or a client linked wit their email has clickd on the itinerary link and everytime they enter to open and see their itinerary/proposal. This would help to track the proposals that have been opened and there's more follow up to do.

I am able to see this on my end, the upper right corner of the email. Selecting the check marks expands the activity list.
