Jack Bradmiller-Feld Thanks so much!

Jack Bradmiller-Feld this report is strangely showing items that don't exist on the trip it's linked to. (it's very strange...perhaps deleted at one time?) Or, a cabin within a package - the package is marked as booked, so obviously the cabin wouldn't be alone. Is there a way to filter this out? I can also report this if it's not behaving as designed.

Blush Cat: Thanks for flagging this — you're exactly right, it's behaving as (mis-)designed, not a fluke. In Tern, each item inside a package (like a cruise cabin) is its own booking record, but only the package can be marked Booked — the individual items are locked in "planning" by design. The "Bookings not yet marked Booked" report is listing those locked child items as if they were separate un-booked bookings, which is why you're seeing a cabin whose package is already booked, and items that don't appear as standalone bookings on the trip. We've confirmed the cause in the data model and will fix the report to show the package as the unit and stop listing its child items within the next few hours!

Jack Bradmiller-Feld so, Is there any way to add "travel start date" and "confirmation #" as attributes?

This report would be extremely valuable from an agency management perspective. We are finding that some bookings are not being marked as “Booked” by agents, which means they are missing from our monthly financial reporting until the commission is eventually received, sometimes months later.
Because monthly reporting needs to be finalized within two weeks of month end, these omissions are creating inaccurate sales and revenue data and making it difficult to track true performance in real time.
Having a report that identifies files with financials on them that have not yet been marked appropriately would help us catch these issues proactively and significantly improve the accuracy of our financial reporting.

Agreed! Many agents forget to mark booked and when commission reconciliation comes around this a huge headache. Having a report would reduce this issue!

Hi Keppel green Aardvark and others who voted for this! Quick question - in your ideal world, what would you do with this report? Would you primarily want to export the data? Or click through to the specific items to take action on them? And any other specifics for what type of info you would want included in this report?
