I'm looking for a form or a step in the booking process where the client will review the client details that I have (full names, dates of birth) & have the ability to accept what I have entered of make the appropriate changes. I don't want the client to have to re-enter everything every time when I already have the information. But when it's a client that only books every few years, I want it reviewed in case anything changed (like last names or passport info or whatever)

I would also like for the client to see and be able to verify all guests on their reservation names and dates of birth, so that they can review and approve them. Currently, they add the names of the guests and then only have access to their own information. This should be upfront on each reservation for all participants of the reservation to see and verify. It also should be included on the pdf and invoices.

What I do, is put a signature line at the bottom ( require it)saying they checked for accuracy and maid updates.

I think it's also helpful if the client gets emailed a copy of what they enter when they fill out a form as I have had clients mistype a birth date or name and there is no real way to catch that if they aren't having to double check what they submitted.
