It would be extremely helpful to have a pre-fill or auto-populate feature that pulls existing client data into subsequent forms. This could include:
-Basic contact information (name, email, phone)
-Saved preferences (airports, loyalty programs, etc.)
-Previously selected trip or room details
This feature would:
-Improve the client experience by reducing duplicate work
-Increase form completion rates
-Minimize data entry errors
-Streamline the booking process for agents
Even having partial pre-fill capability or the option to map CRM fields to form fields would be a strong improvement.
