Options for PDF itinerary

Wooden Owl
It would be great to be able to have options for what shows up on the pdf itinerary, much like Travefy. We print a hard copy for each client and I would like to take out multiple pictures and have formatting options.

Brad Turner
Hey y'all! We just released some updated styling for PDF itineraries that should address some of the most common feedback around awkward page breaks, empty days showing up, and generally making it feel more polished and professional.
We'll keep this post open to keep tracking requests for more customization options, but just wanted to share that we've addressed some of the core feedback around the styling.
If you notice anything that still doesn't feel quite right or polished, feel free to send feedback my way at brad@tern.travel!

Supposed Eagle
Still want better control over what is turned into PDF and what gets printed. I do not want to print all the pictures. I do not need or want the cruises deck plans printed. etc.

Persimmon orange Wildfowl
Would love a compressed version of the PDF itinerary. They are too long!

Remarkable Chipmunk
This still needs serious work. I would say that the itineraries are now Tern's weakest point when it comes to competitor comparison. The sophistication on the business side blows the others out of the water, but the presentation side needs some TLC.

Separate Kangaroo
Brad Turner , although it looks better, still needs a little more work to match the image above. Definitely still a little chunky compared to Travefy.

Keppel green Aardvark
Brad Turnerthank you. I will check it out.

Thank you to everyone who's already been sending examples my way flagging areas that still need improvement! We'll definitely be spending additional time refining this, and any and all examples you can share will help us dial it in.
Separate Kangaroo if you're up for it, do you mind sharing some more details about what you prefer from Travefy? Feel free to share here or send me an email at brad@tern.travel. Appreciate you pushing us to improve it further!

Pages Divided: Default Setting
To create an option that allows agents to choose a default setting that allows itineraries to automatically have a page divide between each calendar day and insert dividers after tours/activities as well - but also allow us to remove it, if better, so we can control the look of the pdf?

Damask Sheep
Ken Ducusin Yes, please!! FYI: have you seen how pretty Axus prints out their PDF? I will email you one since it will not attach.

Damask Sheep yes please! the ability to select which items print to PDF would be fantastic!!!!

Remarkable Chipmunk
Some specific requests:
- No more splitting pictures
- No more orphaned date headers
- Info blocks at the end. Please!! People want to get to the trip. They don't want to scroll through pages of information, sometimes which they don't need on a day to day basis but we want to include for reference.
Just make it look more intentionally designed as opposed to a print out of the online itinerary which feels like it is getting less attention as you focus on the important business features. Problem is, this is our face to the world, and when I have clients tell me they saw an itinerary they really preferred and then send me a link to a Travefy itinerary it sort of kills me.
If you need beta testers or a focus group, reach out! Please!

Select Loon
Just wanted to make another suggestion for a luxury looking PDF (think Safari Portal's pdfs)

Desperately Need: 1: Page Break Ability 2: print by day 3: print individual items like the details of an excursion or hotel since most of us add extra information besides what Tern brings in through outside system. Look at how beautiful Axus itinerary presentation and look at features in Travefy.
