More streamlined navigation in Tern

I would really like the year of the trip to show on the itinerary as well - agent view.

I wish the tabs would stay at the top as you scroll down. Having to scroll back up is frustrating. I like the hybrid suggestion, where the tabs would take you to the right section, especially if you are checking/editing info and need to jump past the rest. Also would love to be able to navigate to the previous or next block on the itinerary from the block you are currently viewing. Clicking back to itinerary is even more frustrating. Half the time it doesn't take me back to the same spot and I have to scroll to find the block I was viewing. Automating some things would help too. Don't make us add the supplier multiple times, just auto populate but allow us to edit if for some reason we need different answers (ie, we want to show the tour company on the general tab, but Viator on the booking tab). Same for booked/paid.

Switching tabs is a productivity loss. I often get confused between the lodging general tab description and the room descriptions. Or clicking from pricing back to general.
Also, the ability to delete a trip or sub-trip should be an option on more trip sections. I needed to delete a duplicate group sub trip after I realized it was dupe from the pricing tab but I had to navigate back to overview or itinerary which is annoying and time consuming.

Agreed. Having everything under tabs for an activity entry requires so much clicking. Wouldn't it be wonderful if you could click on an activity and everything was on that page? If you that's too long or you think to much scrolling (I don't), but perhaps a solution would be to have a clickable menu at the top that zooms you to they section you need (description, media, booking, etc).

It still takes longer to set up an itinerary in Tern than other products. Sometimes much longer b/c of the way things are divided on different screens.
Also, tab order acts funky sometimes, especially when moving between date and time fields. And the hack to delete the the end time of an item before you can change the start time is a hack and not nearly as elegant as it could be.
I also have issues with clicks on items in the itinerary view registering and other times not registering.
Fit and finish still has a way to go in some respects compared to competitive platforms.

Agree it has the features I want but the user experience is very clunky. Its much easier to type on Travel Joy and Safari Portal

I agree, I want to move my team to this platform, but the number of clicks to get places is still too high. User experience is cleaner on TravelJoy and Travefy, but gosh darnit I love the Tern team and know yall are working hard on this! The sooner its tighter, the easier it will be to move our team!
