It would be great to have the booking dates added to the Overview dashboard. Huge timesaver when emailing a hotel about a booking as I always include the dates as well as conf number for safe measure.

there is a difference between supplier confirmation numbers (for accounting purposes) and provider confirmation numbers (record locators, hotel confirmations, airline ticket numbers, etc) .These need to be visible to the client in the same place every time. It would also be important to easily create a downloadable report of confirmation to provide to the client.

I would love to be able to see confirmation numbers at a glance, I find it difficult to dig through itinerary etc to see them when needed. I feel like they should be upfront and center maybe on the thumb nail of the trip itself along with the dame and dates and client

I would like to be able to click the make visible to the client for confirmation number like for documents. then when clicked it would consolidate all Confirmation numbers with the Vendor and name of property

This has been solved with the new trip overview showing all bookings and their confirmation numbers. Molly Johnson i think it’s safe to close this one out.

Many Prawn Still would love to see it on the trips dashboard on each thumbnail

Nectarine Swordfish each thumbnail or trip could encompass multiple confirmation numbers. I don’t think that’s feasible. My last FIT had 31 confirmation numbers.

I think on the screen where you mark it booked it should have a spot for confirmation number

First: THANK YOU for the per-Trip overview! SO helpful!!!
Even more helpful would be the ability to expand/collapse the various panes (including sections of the passenger details).
.pdf attached as an example.

I agree! I hate that it dosn't ask for the confirmation number when you upload a flight and you need to manually key it in the info box. I always forget and then I'm having clients emailing me all of the time asking for it so I have to dig back through my emails. If it had a place to live up by the passenger names / seat assignments, I'd put it in right away and it would look so clean for the client.

This is a good point. I like my clients to have a quick reference so I created a "Confirmation Numbers" information block with a big green checkmark. I add this to all itineraries at the very top so it is the first thing they see when they open their itinerary.
Other information blocks I add are "Payment Options" to explain they can authorize a payment at any time, "Flight Seating" to let them know they can access their flights on the airline website and choose different seating, and other similar items.
