I would like to see a mobile app created for advisors. Does not necessarily need to include full feature set from web version, but this would be a great way to quickly pull up details of trip if a client asks while we are on the go.

The ability to edit in the app would be amazing! I'm not always on my computer but would love to be able to make changes on the go if need be. Also, I wish we could see more reservations that are booked in the app. Having a limited amount that show up is really daunting.

I see the app... but it's not as useful... I wish I could see / access attached documents as well as the client version. The traveler app falls very short versus something like Axus

Advisors need to be able to create new Trips or edit existing ones, add/edit Contacts, provide access to the Library to facilitate edits/new Trips, and more. We need to have a separate app to view and edit these items at a minimum, or at least have Trips, Contacts, and Library items editable within the current Tern Travel app where the Advisor login triggers a more expansive view. We are on the go so often and cannot always get to our computers or tablets to make edits on the fly, and the browser interface on phones is very awkward to use.

Main Warbler I second this! We can use it to see, but actually working within the interface is not possible and since we live on the road, it’s essential that things are accessible without using a computer.

Hi, this is already in place. While you can't book things etc in the app, you can login with your Tern user email and see your clients trips which is exactly what you're looking for. Molly Johnson maybe send them the help article and mark for closure?

Many Prawn are we able to see all of the trips in there? I have hundreds.

Nearby Marten believe it's capped at 25. Do you have more than 25 trips traveling at the same time? I do agree we need an advisor app but this has worked pretty well for in destination handling for me.
