Itinerary Redesign

I’d love to encourage a refresh of the itinerary design, as this has become a very competitive area and there is a real opportunity for Tern to stand out.
I much prefer using Tern overall, but the itinerary experience feels like an area with room for growth. At times, it can be less intuitive to navigate, especially for older clients, and the amount of clicking and scrolling can make the experience feel less seamless. There is also an opportunity to strengthen the visual presentation and offer more customization, including branding and fonts.
I’m sharing this because I think Tern has a lot of potential here, and with some thoughtful improvements, it could really set itself apart.

I wish Tern would have a much better use of space when displaying itineraries on client mobile. Just copy the way TripIt lays out information!

Itinerary View Revamp

I have to explain to my clients how to view the itinerary if they are on their phones or laptops. They have loved my Travel Joy itineraries because it is all right there laid out in front of them. Could we see an expanded version of the itinerary view? Something more photo focused, less button clicking, similar to safari portal, travel joy, and AXUS

TERN is much more intuitive than the other system I've used for years. I'm fading out of that system in July and only using TERN from now on. It is so nice that the entire itinerary does not show up and insists that the client keep scrolling to find what they are looking for. I love the "learn more" so that they can click on it or not!!
