It is necessary to have 'proof' when a client declines travel insurance.

TOTALLY agree! I overlooked a client's decision and didn't book it in time. I would also like for the itinerary to have a tab for Insurance so the policy that was uploaded for the quote can then show as part of the option selected.

1000%. I often don't realize that a guest has declined coverage. A notice on their trip itinerary would be nice as well.
