I would love to hide itineraries that were quoted but the client no longer wants. this way, if they decide they do want to review it again, we can reactivate it to make a more seamless and clean appearance.

We have "unpublish" available from the 3-dot menu near the itinerary publish option! Were folks who voted for this aware of this option, or does it not work well for any reason?

I save them in the itinerary file under a folder with the client and trip name

Rejecting the itinerary should do this.

Maybe there could be a tab that expands or collapses, that includes all itineraries other than the Approved one? And the Approved itinerary should always be the default one for the advisor working in the Trip.

Changing Salmon

In addition to Cancellation and Archive, could you add a Lost or Turned Down category that we could mark things?
