Please have a way, outside of forms, for clients to input or update their contact information during the trip approval/ authorization process. In our old CRM (Tess) clients had to confirm that all their names, birthdates, addresses, etc., were all correct including spelling. Only having that in the forms and nowhere for clients to confirm their contact information is a huge risk of error.
