For a group trip, give the ability to update times across multiple itineraries at once

It would be ideal to have a way to “link” items in a group itinerary. For instance, if I have 30 itineraries within a group, and I need to change the time to 5:30 for a dinner instead of 5:00, I really don’t want to have to go into 30 itineraries to make that change. Even if I save that item in the library, I’d have to go into each itinerary. But if we can link items, if you change the date on one itinerary (even a “master” itinerary) it would be amazing if all items would change. Axus itineraries do this and it’s a game changer for groups.

There needs to be 2 parts to group itineraries. 1 part that becomes individual to each person, this is probably different type of travel details, some excursions etc but there also needs to be a shared part of the group itinerary that can be updated when there is a change that impacts the entire group. Such as a dinner reservation or a wedding event or a group excursions.

I'm so glad this a feature request already. With just 11 rooms, its been a headache manually updating each sub-trip booking with group level changes. This is definitely a major pain point - hope this is available soon.

In Group Trips, there should be the ability to seamlessly push mass updates to all sub-trips from the Master Itinerary. This will ensure consistency, save (so much) time, and streamline itinerary management across the entire group.

Yes! I work with a lot of Group events, weddings, and bachelor/bachelorette bookings and sometimes they decide after all is done to add additional activities they'd like their guests to be informed about. I've also had to change some details after the fact to itinerary to make things a little more clearer for folks, and I have to make those changes for all the existing subtrips manually. A push to all sub-trips would be AMAZING!

Yes, please! It's nice to be able to change things individually on a sub group level, but I think it would be nice if there was an apply to all button or something on the main itinerary.

I really need to be able to update across all sub-groups when there's an update at the main group level. This year's group traveling in July (70 staterooms at one point) has all the details settled so it will work now with Tern now, but when the group started booking last March we had no idea what the details were going to be other than the cruise itinerary. Tour ops don't want to talk to you more than a year out. The group I'm planning for July 2026 is a complete ship charter and the itinerary isn't set yet nor are the excursions. I will be offering a variety of pre- and post-cruise tours in France and those are going to be developed as group members express interest. I will go insane manually updating 50+ sub-group itineraries every time I have more info/options to add at the group level. I predict I will continue to have large groups such as this every year, although not a ship charter level.

We do need subtrips since many folks in a group will choose varied options from rooms to excursions to insurance. but it is extremely critical to have the abililty to automatically push changes to the subtrips, price and itinerary changes come to mind as most important to push. but perhaps lets have a focus group webinar with agents who specialize in groups to hash this out completely.

Yes please! For group trips, the GROUP is traveling together. We don't need to break out individual sub trips for every single person. I need the ability the update the group trip for the whole group
