I’d love to request a built-in SMS messaging feature inside Tern — both for individual travelers and entire groups.

For group travel (cruises, tours, multi-family trips), email alone isn’t cutting it. I consistently get more responses and engagement through text than email, especially once travelers are actually on the move. And honestly, not everyone wants to download another app just to stay updated — simple SMS works best.

What would be incredibly helpful:

Send SMS directly from Tern

Text entire groups tied to a trip

Automated text reminders (payments, check-in, docs, etc.)

Message logs stored in each traveler’s profile

SMS opt-in on forms

This would make real-time communication so much easier and help advisors manage groups far more effectively. Thanks for considering it!
