How do you email everyone in your group trip without having to write down everyone in the group. I am not understanding why if everyone is in the group that their emails don't autopopulate. I have many trips in my group and I cannot remember everyone in the group so I can't see all of the names. to make sure I am not missing someone in the group email.

Currently, I have to select each recipient individually when sending group emails, which is time-consuming. It would be beneficial to have a 'select all' option to email every group member in one click, streamlining the process and saving time.

I have a group of 15 people, not large at all, but to email 15 people in the group, the landing page was an extremely painful process. You have to manually enter each email. There is no automatic function to email all, as some other CRMs do.

I want to be able to email a whole group, but BCC the email, not send directly to everyone. I also want an easy feature where I don't have to manually do each person in the groups email address but just email everyone that is Booked. Right now it's pulling up people that have not booked or I have dropped.

Yes! I have been asking for this for months! My clients are furious that their email is available to everyone in the group. They are screaming violation of privacy. I want the history of emails sent and ther replies, but I can no longer use Tern for my group emails. I have to go to Gmail where I can BCC. I should be able to send emails BCC when I send to multiple people. And when I open the list of travelers to send a group email, all travelers that I ever sent the itinerary to come up, even if they are marked "cancelled" or "archived".

In TravelJoy - when you are on the group level, you can send an email to the entire group. Would love to see this in TERN.
