Documents all be duplicated in Document tab.

The document tab is the most upfront way that clients can see documents, so it would be great if when adding a document somewhere else on the itinerary, it also was added to the document tab so we don't have to upload twice (or in my case, I end up just uploading to the document tab - but it would be better if it could be filed by item instead).

This would be a HUGE timesaver and would also be great if the name of the document was inherited from the file you are uploading (with the ability to edit of course) it takes me so much time to add my documents in both places and make sure that I am naming the same way in each place.

If Document is entered under Itinerary Feature, it should auto populate to The Document File. The preview should also look and feel like what the client sees in the App. When previewing, you can't see what the client sees. You can't check the document entered under the Itinerary, and the client can't see it unless they use the app. We all know you're not getting full buy in on the app because the current app is not intuitive. To me it is more like an Android interface instead of an Apple interface. The client needs simplicity, and consistent date delivery

This just came up again. I had changed a confirmation for a transfer and put it in the transfer documents tab but there was still an old summary with another confirmation located in the documents tab and the client looked there (because it’s the most obvious place to look) and got the time wrong

Yes, this would be a big time saver. Currently I also upload documents twice. Once in the body of the itinerary under that activity and then also in the document section.

Please do this. I'm dealing with clients asking for copies of things a lot and it's multiple clicks to be able to find a confirmation when it's attached onto the booking. Super frustrating for both them and me. Especially them standing at the front desk fumbling through the itinerary looking for the documents they need when they should/could be "right there".

Totally agree with this - if you upload the documents both places it gets duplicated if the client downloads a PDF of their itinerary

Agree, I have just been uploading them in both places, which is a time waster. Documents tab is the easiest place to find them, unless it's a trip with a lot of tickets/vouchers, so I like having the option of putting them in the individual item for those trips. For consistency, having them accessible in both places, especially since there is no way to "organize" documents within the docs tab, is my preferred option.

Agree! I wish there was a tab for documents that made them all easy to find. I tend to add to the specific item on the Itinerary, but the client would not see that unless they click into the item itself.

See attachments, could a document section be added to the customer side? Could the bottom left documents have those we choose visible and those we don't and pull the visible ones to the documents tab on next to pricing? Then underneath pricing on the app also have a documents section
