Most of my clients are repeat clients, so to have a system that would recognize them via email and attach their contact details, passport, and preferences, no matter if they are booking a trip for themselves or a part of a group, would be a personal touch that would be an essential differentiator from other agencies. I hope to have this implemented asap. Please.

Even better would be a complete client profile update form for return travelers that pre populates what we have recorded in their profile.

What would be even better is if the client could then just update anything that's inaccurate themselves. Obviously, an audit log would be needed so any changes made that result in an incorrect booking could be identified who changed what.

It's imperative to have this populate in the invoice!
