The report shows everything in the planning/lead and canceled phases. It would be great if the report were set up to filter out those items, so it only shows booked reservations and is automatically sorted by date, starting with the closest date.

I wish this would only show booked trips. It is pulling in all of my proposals and is not helpful at all as an overview.

Suggestion if this cannot be changed to at least add a filter to the main page so you can filter by "Booked" or something. Please make this more functional. As it stands, this feature is barely useable due to the clutter from quoted payments due.

I really hope this gets resolved soon. It is not functional how it is currently setup and seems like a simple fix that should have been resolved in beta testing before being rolled out to end users...

This also applies to trips that have been cancelled. The trip deposit was non-refundable. The final payment was never made, but still shows as due on the Dashboard. The only way for me to remove it is to mark the amount as paid (which it wasn't). There needs to be a method to remove it without adjusting what was truly paid on the booking.

Agreed, this should only show once a trip is marked as booked or there is an actual authorization for a deposit on a quote for example.

Yes please!! I realized that even after my clients make their selections and don't choose an option, it puts the ones not selected as payment due which confused me and clutters my dashboard!

This is so needed!

Yes please! It even shows on unpublished trips! Like I don't need the reminder that these people ghosted my proposal lol

This! Please change this so we can scroll through upcoming payments. Also it would be nice if only published trips showed here. If I have someone who ghosted me and I have unpublished their trip I shouldn't see the payment as being due.
