There are so many things that need to be done and tasks are great to help us remember we have done this but some times we forget we have done them and have to go back and check (multiple times). A customizable visual cue on the activities themselves on the itinerary screen would help with this as well and offer unlimited organizational opportunities.

Think Labels on emails but for activities. In outlook we can create numerous colored labels, associate a meanings to them and apply as many as we would like to each email. It would be great to be able to do the same thing in Tern. Click the three dots on an activity and have an "add flag option" and you select the colored flag of your choice to visually appear on that activity block.

Here are some examples of how we may use them:

Green flag = Confirmed and special requests sent

Red Flag = Needs confirmed

Yellow Flag = Waiting on Final documents

Purple Flag =Waiting on information from client

Orange Flag = Client booked component

The options are limitless.

As a paranoid planner that randomly freaks out wondering if I did something these quick visual cues would help put my mind at ease.
