We’d love the ability to create customized auto-response messages that are triggered based on which form was submitted.
For example:
If a client submits a Trip Request Form, we might want the auto-response to say:
“Thank you for your request! Your travel advisor will be in touch within 24 hours to start planning your trip.”
But if the submission is for a Passport or Document Form, we’d prefer a simple confirmation like:
“Thanks for submitting your details — we’ve received your information.”
In short, we’re looking for the flexibility to create and assign unique auto-reply messages to each form type. This would make client communication feel more relevant and personal while keeping automation in place.
