Yes yes yes. But it needs be form specific I feel like. Applying certain workflows, sending emails, adding tasks need to be set as form specific for this otherwise I feel like it will add way more work.

I need to be able to trigger an email when a form is submitted. I tried this by triggering when a client profile is made but when collecting passport info, this is now triggering.

I’m looking to see if it’s possible to set up an automated trigger tied to a form submission within TERN.
Here’s my use case and what I’m hoping to accomplish:
I regularly attend vendor events and use an iPad with a QR code for lead capture. Prospective clients scan the QR code and complete a TERN form to enter an Onboard Credit (OBC) giveaway. The form captures:
Name
Email
Phone number
Cruise interest (line, destination, timeframe)
Future travel plans (approximate travel window, type of trip, etc.)
What I’d like to happen automatically when the form is submitted:
Client-facing automation
Send an immediate confirmation email thanking them for entering the OBC giveaway
Let them know I’ll be following up to discuss their future travel plans
(Optional but ideal) Reference the type of trip or travel window they selected on the form
Advisor-facing automation
Create a task or reminder for me to follow up with the client
Ideally tag or flag the client as a “Vendor Event Lead” or similar
Include the form details in the task or client notes so I can quickly review their travel interests before reaching out
Ultimately, I’m trying to reduce manual follow-up after events and ensure every lead gets:
A confirmation email right away
A timely, personalized follow-up from me based on their stated travel plans
Please let me know:
If this type of trigger-based automation is currently supported
What setup is required on my end
If there are best practices or limitations I should be aware of
