Client Portal / Client App - Client Care
K
Key Canidae
I would love to see something where we can input information for items like dining suggestions, next steps, in-destination recommendations, links to items they need to do pre trip like register to enter certain countries, etc. and it would show as a separate tab of sorts on the client end for easy reference.
Client Care items we would send in an email, but also in a place where they can easily access it in the future. And let's face it, not everyone reads their emails. 🙃
Currently I'm putting this information in "Trip Details" and changing the name; however, it really clogs up the itinerary. A separate area for this information to live would look sleek and make us look like rockstars.
Thank you.

Can we please add in the client details a spot for them to enter their weight? When booking certain excursions I need to enter the clients weight and for some it gets uncomfortable when I ask. Having a spot for them to list it before I would have to ask would be great.

CLIENT SELF-EDIT CLIENT PROFILE

I would love for each client profile to have a link I can send to a client for them to review and update their information, including all of the basics plus loyalty programs, emergency contacts, etc. It would be even better if it was set up so I could create automations for client profile reviews and updates. This would also solve the problem of Incomplete new client forms.

Absolutely! Right now, clients and advisors are often just documenting the documentation. Being able to send a client a link with their existing contact information already populated, allow them to update it as needed, and then automatically carry that information throughout the trip workflow would save a tremendous amount of time and create a much more seamless client experience.

Would love clients to have access to the their profile and any other profiles they filled out. Sometimes people enter things incorrectly, or don't enter reward information when they create profile, or need to update their passport, or move to a new address, etc, etc - if they had access to their profile (and associated profiles) then they could be in charge instead of sending us the information to add to their profile later and cause more admin work for us.

I couldnt agree more! They should be able to see whats on their profile and add and edit things as well. We should also be able to create categories/questions on their profiles for them to fill in a short answer. They should be able to add or update as needed as things change.

Allow travelers to update their own profile details in the Traveler App

I’d love to see the Traveler App allow clients to manage and update their own profile information directly. This would include items like passport details, loyalty numbers, travel preferences, dietary restrictions/allergies, and other personal travel information.
Right now, advisors must collect and enter these details, which adds extra back-and-forth and increases the chance of outdated information. Giving travelers secure access to update their own profiles would:
• Reduce administrative work for advisors
• Improve accuracy of traveler information
• Keep records current
• Create a smoother, more modern client experience
Ideally, advisors would still retain visibility and control, but travelers could update their information anytime as it changes.
This enhancement would make the Traveler App feel more interactive, self-service friendly, and aligned with how clients expect modern travel platforms to function.
