Chiming in on this.
It's frustrating to ask the client to fill out all their details AGAIN, when all I need them to do is update their passport info, or a frequent flyer number.
It's awesome that they can see their past & present trips (hooray!), but clicking on the tiny profile icon (could we make that more prominent for clients?) should give them access to a portal where they could also update their profile (logically, another option in the left nav).

I would like to have the ability to send contact information forms to clients that are pre-filled with their existing information. This way, clients can easily review and update their details without having to re-enter everything from scratch. It would streamline the process and ensure accuracy in the information we collect.

I need the ability for the lead client to verify everyone on the reservation’s info; provide form of payment; agree to our terms; agree that they’ve read the confirmation and everything is correct; that they’ve read the terms and conditions of the supplier; agree that they are declining insurance at deposit; and provide me with information about their trip. If this is in a "portal form" then yes that would be great.

On the client profile update form, it should pull details already listed in client profiles so they don't have to fill out again. For example, if I have a repeat client and I send a profile update form, but I already have their Delta Skymiles and seat selections, the client should see that line item greyed out so they know they dont need to add it again.

I cannot find a way to have a client update their contact profile without filling out the form again. Especially if they have an account, they should be able to access and update their profile with a new address, email, phone number, passport info, etc. without filling out the entire form again.

Having the ability to sign off on their "portal" information during the booking process is a key step I am missing in my workflow.

it would be wonderful for the client to be able to see all of their contact information and update it as needed or correct information that is not longer up today. Also, if they do update, we need to have a 'sign off' saying that they agree that it is correct and the accept responsibility for discrepancies if they give incorrect info. Also, be sure to time stamp that, so if we have made the reservation and gave us information that is incorrect and there is a charge from the supplier, we can pass that on to the client and have the paper trail to show it. It would also show if we made the mistake.
