Change the split for per person payments

I would like to be able to change the per person cost manually. It defaults to 50% per couple, 33% for triple and 25% for quads. If someone pays for 2/3 or 3/4 of a booking, I would like to be able to manipulate the split for a client and assign it to a specific person.

Yes. I have families where say they see sharing a cruise cabin and I need to split it into two payments, I’m really struggling with this bc I don’t want to enter it as two bookings bc it will really mess up the backend. But let’s say Room 1 is $1500 and 2 guests share it and want to pay separately. So far I just set up two payments manually, had one authorize and then the other but I feel like it’s confusing for everyone. I’ve also tried creating two separate itineraries with the room listed for each person with half the cost for them to approve. Maybe there’s another way. I also had a situation where I needed to resend the authorization to one client bc her card didn’t go through so she was going to send a new card, but I couldn’t bc it would delete the other clients authorization of her half. Anyway I don’t even know what the answer is really

I'd like to add that the commission split has this issue of not splitting to the correct penny all the time. It would be nice to be able to manually adjust that as well.
