"Bookings not yet marked Booked" filter for archived and canceled trips

We updated the filters applied to this view to exclude all of the following:
- Cancelled or archived trips — If the trip has been cancelled or archived, its bookings won't show up.
- Draft or archived itineraries — Only bookings on itineraries you're actively proposing or that have been approved appear. Drafts you're still working on and old archived itineraries are excluded.
- Items inside a package — When you've bundled items into a package, only the package itself shows up — not every individual piece inside it.
- Declined insurance — Insurance quotes the client passed on won't clutter the list.
- Unchosen options — If you presented a client with multiple options (e.g., three hotel choices) and they picked one, the ones they didn't pick are excluded.
- Group parent trips — The umbrella "group" trip is excluded — only the individual travelers' trips within the group show up.
- Non-bookable items — Things like info cards, port info, and flight leg annotations that aren't actual supplier bookings are excluded.
