API integration with task management

If not exactly an API integration, perhaps added functionality in Tern like a new Tab and Calendar for Administrative work and Resources to reference that can help track and plan things behind the scenes of just trips.
Administrative things specific to Advisors' businesses such as projects, tasks, trackers, and reminders for things like renewals of tools, licenses, and certifications as well as planners for marketing in social media, content, or emails. An area for Resources such as Notes/References for maybe things to remember when encountering snippets of information or knowledge we'd like to refer to for future usage or help create SOPs so that Advisors remain consistent and proactive on reviewing their processes.
This could help reduce the need for other apps and programs for knowledge bases and project management tools.

Agreed, I asked about this before for integration with our calendar (like Google calendar or outlook calendar), but Zapier would be best.
Task management in a mighty pain for me right now in the current iteration of the app and it's just not scalable if you have more trips.

If possible - Azure DevOps or task management that looks/feels a bit more like DevOps (i.e. swimlanes, backlog views). Would love if tasks had an "in progress" status. Also being able to see/filter tasks by trip in more of a traditional backlog view.
